Contact
One address, read by a person. No ticket system, no chatbot, no form that vanishes.
Ask for a topic, point at a mistake, or tell us a piece did not land. Corrections get priority over requests — if something here is wrong we want it fixed before anything else.
Asking for a topic
There is a box on the front page and on the explainers list that opens your mail app with the subject already set. Anything STEM is fair game; “why is the sky blue” is exactly the right kind of question. If it is good and we can find a source worth reading, it goes in the queue.
What we cannot help with
Homework answers, professional advice, and anything where being wrong has consequences — this is an explainer site, not a consultancy. For a mistake in a piece, though, we very much do want to hear from you.
